About the Program The courses for this degree program will be delivered online and through the Interactive Video-Conferencing (IVC) system. The IVC courses will originate on the Virginia Tech campus and connect with five other locations: Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center - Abingdon, VA Hampton Roads Graduate Center - Virginia Beach, VA Central Virginia Community College - Lynchburg, VA Northern Virginia Center - Falls Church, VA Virginia Tech Richmond Center - Richmond, VA For fully online courses, students may access course materials and submit assignments from any computer with Internet access. Students may also take courses on the Virginia Tech campus. For increased flexibility, up to six semester credits of approved graduate courses may be transferred from another university.
